What is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy is a type of psychotherapy where you meet one-on-one with a therapist to work through the issues you are currently facing. When working with me, you can expect to meet about once a week for 50 minutes. In each session, you will be able to explore your personal issues, life history, current goals, fears, and desires.

During this time I will listen, challenge, educate, guide, and work with you to help you achieve your goals and find relief from whatever issues brought you into therapy. I believe therapy is for everyone, whether you believe your problems are “too small” or “too big” to handle.

I offer sessions both in-person and virtually and work with a variety of issues, such as:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Low Self-Esteem

  • Life Transitions

  • Trauma

  • Personal Growth

  • Relationship/Family/Peer Issues
